What do you provide as part of the venue hire?

We provide the gallery space suitable for hanging works on the walls or installations. If you require additional installation equipment (such as plinths, music, projector and screen) or assistance in event organisation (such as exhibition launch hospitality and promotion), a separate charge will be assessed.

The exhibition space also has demands to be used as a community space. So during a long term venue hire, when floor space permits, the gallery may be used at the same time for a function such as a seminar or cocktail party. This provides further opportunity to have your work exposed to a new audience. We ensure that your works do not have any undue risk.

What happens after I submit my Expression of Interest form?

Your proposal is reviewed and you will receive an email informing you of the outcome. If you are successful, you will be expected to sign an exhibitor’s contract.
